Castaway Island February Feast

Fiji 's most popular island resort, Castaway Island , will welcome Guest Chef, Bradley Teale in late February to the island. Bradley Teale is the Executive Chef at Bimbadgen Estate Winery in the Hunter Valley where he heads up Esca Bimbadgen Restaurant. Castaway Island Resort will present a week of interactive cooking classes from 23rd February where guests can combine a relaxing island holiday with some casual and creative cooking and dining experiences.

Bradley Teale is renowned for his stylish and contemporary cuisine at Esca Bimbadgen Restaurant and is very excited to host a small group of 'foodies' for a week of sun, sand, snorkel lin g and South Pacific fare matched with stylish Bimbadgen Estate Wines.

This is more than just a cooking school, it's an opportunity to create the freshest creative island cuisine using modern Australian styles of preparation and presentation.

Imagine witnessing this master Chef at work in the Castaway Island kitchens, where few guests ever get to venture. Bradley will also present cocktail making classes and put some modern twists on ancient South Pacific cooking styles. Bradley and guests will then together enjoy the sumptuous cuisine,dining under the stars on the beachfront, all with wonderful Bimbadgen Estate Wines to compliment. The itinerary for the week is fun and relaxing in true island style. There will be several classes with Bradley and plenty of time to enjoy Castaway Island 's beaches and pristine reefs. Enjoy snorkel lin g safaris, fishing excursions, cultural activities, island hopping, scuba diving or just relax under a shady palm tree with a book in between the classes.

The cost of this exclusive week at Castaway Island is just as exciting, with packages from just $2,290per person twin share which includes accommodation, transfers, all meals and cooking classes and activities throughout the week long February Feast celebration.  Air fares are additional.
