Last months' newsletter caused much excitement from those of you who like luxury but want to take your children too. Family holidays aren't all about crowded beaches, queuing for free kids meals and reserving your beach chair first thing in the morning. They can be about the best of everything, about quality time together in an uncrowded natural environment and about service beyond the unexpected.

An adults only resort most of the year, Yasawa Island Resort and Spa opens its heart to families at specific times during the year. Yasawa is one of the most exclusive retreats in Fiji with just 18 luxury bures hidden among the palms on an island of splendid isolation. For parents the activities follow the mantra of the resort - Where less is More than Enough. Or if you want to be active you can go scuba diving, visit the Blue Lagoon caves, handline fish, deep sea fish, sail, kayak - or just lie on the beach, and catch the odd wave in. A private beach picnic is also a wonderful option - with esky packed your escort may be boat or vehicle and the beach is yours for the day. Less is more.
