Accommodation
Each airconditioned bure is superbly fitted in contemporary Fijian style with thatched roof, plantation shutters, expansive deck and open air shower set on a screened sundeck. Your bure is steps away from your personal hammock and private beach bure on the edge of the sand.

Lomalagi is the Fijian word for Heaven. Your honeymoon bure is located well away from the rest of the resort and is a truly private retreat set on a beautiful white beach. Yasawa's Baravi Spa is located just metres from the oceans' edge. Activities
Solitude. Whatever you choose to do at Yasawa Island Resort and Spa you'll be free to enjoy it in peace. That may be a picnic on a deserted beach, a village visit, snorkeling or lying on the beach, floating in the beautiful horizon pool, or just reading your book in the shade.

If you are feeling active there is so much to do at Yasawa. Tennis on the floodlit court; volleyball on the beach; hiking along the bays and headlands or exploring the dramatic peak at the southern end of Yasawa Island where the Blue Lagoon Caves are located. Swim within this spectacular lagoon and you will discover within its hidden chamber the beautiful caves themselves.

Sport fishing is a must at Yasawa aboard the MV Megumi – a 44ft custom built Assegai designed for serious fishing. Haul up blue and black marlin, sailfish, yellowfin tuna, wahoo and mahi mahi all of which are prolific in these seas. Or choose to swim amongst the marine life in the tropical seas with a diving adventure. You'll dive with the Resorts' accredited PADI dive masters and instructors and see some amazing underwater environments. If your visit is between May and October look out for migrating manta rays.

Dining
Every meal at Yasawa Island Resort and Spa is a gourmet delight. Choose to dine at the main restaurant, on the beach, in your bure, or under the stars, wherever you choose your meals will be a delight. From breakfast through to dinner the contemporary cuisine has an emphasis on succulent seafood caught daily in surrounding waters. Yasawa is truly an island of plenty.

Family Weeks
Yasawa Island Resort and Spa is an adults' only haven most of the year, but recognizing that families like luxury too they have opened family times during particular periods of the year. Generally speaking family times are during Australian school holiday periods (December 01, 2008 – January 31, 2009April 2009, 15 June – 31 July 2009, 15 September – 31 October 2009 and all of December 2009). During these times Yasawa Island Resort and Spa opens its heart to the kids – with kids club activities, cultural excursions and that wonderful joy the Fijians can bring to the hearts of children from anywhere in the world.

Weddings
A sunset wedding at Yasawa Island Resort and Spa is a unique and wonderful experience. Weddings are arranged to suit the couple and usually include the other guests who contribute to the festivities.
